The smell in the room was pleasant, the coffee was good, and the cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. However, there were issues with maintenance, including a malfunctioning air conditioner and various room upkeep problems. On the bright side, the breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection, and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. the shower pressure was great, and I loved the scent of the bar soap provided by Country Inn & Suites. the location was convenient, just three miles from Billings Logan International Airport, making it easy for fly-in guests to attend events in the area. I do recommend paying a bit extra for a better experience if possible. While the hotel has its perks, including a big hot tub and a nice breakfast layout, the issues with maintenance were a downside. So, if cleanliness and maintenance are top priorities for you, it may be worth exploring other options in the area. If you value convenience and a decent breakfast spread, this hotel could still be a suitable choice, especially for fly-in guests attending events in the area.
